Do not rent to Shurran F. Hagwood and Elaine, because Shurran Hagwood calls himself a Christian and he's from Chicago. He does bad things at Kilbourn Commons located at 2835 West Kilbourn Avenue in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In 2017 Rosie GaLarza hired Shurran to clean Kilbourn Commons and to be a caretaker at the apartment building to give him half off the rent. Shurran does not pull his own weight, Every time he cleans the building, He wanted people to help him and to do his dirty work. He does not do a good job cleaning the building, He does not clean and wipe off the ledges on the 2nd and 3rd floor. In March 2018, He let a homeless black girl stay inside a man's apartment, because he said, If she stay at his apartment, Some mess will start between him and his woman Elaine.Rosie found out about it by looking at the video camera.In August 2018, When Rosie got pulled from Kilbourn Commons, because of her wrongdoing and her wrongful actions.Phillip Bowers became the new property manager at Kilbourn Commons to take care of things that Rosie GaLarza did not take care of when she was the property manager. When Phillip became property manager in August 2018, Phillip took care of things, Phillip would not gave Shurran half off his rent, Shurran took off and went somewhere else and left his woman Elaine by herself inside Kilbourn Commons.Elaine moved out of Kilbourn Commons in December 2018. Do not rent to them in the future! Don't be friends with them, Stay away from Shurran Hagwood and Elaine, because they are bad christian people who will start stuff with you!
