I subhash chandra maji, customer of the above company, consumer no. 03855, booked for refill cylinder on 24/09/07 vide order no.65 but till date I could not get it.
I several times made contact with them by phone and person as well but they refuse it by saying that, until unless four or five booking from your area I could not send it.
but according to them, now days they are delivering the refill cylinder who were booked on or after 01/10/07.
now tell me whether i have any right to get the same or not? Or what to do? can i be calm and quite?

the ownerof the agency has always been a total mess with all the local residents of housing colony dhanbad, she s a rude women and misbehaves with all.she must rectify her behaviour
she has actually been rude with us too n suffocates all.not respecting her elders at all.I being a scientist she has delivered leaked gas to our home & on request to exchange the same she wanted us to pay again.Am shocked how indane gas has kept such vendors.

SOME ONE MUST STOP HER [censor]Y BEHAVIOUR WITH ALL..SOME OLD LADY CALLED PRERNA VERMA IS RUNNING THE SHOP AND SHOUTS AT OUR DRIVERS AND STAFFF TOO IF THEY GO FOR BOOKING GAS, SHE IS MENTALLY SICK . I SIMPLY DONT UNDERSTAND WHY INDANE GAS HAS ALLOWED SUCH VENDORS AND GIVES EXTRA POWERS TO THEM.I AM ALSO A WORKING LADY AND THE BEAUTY IS WE TALK TO PPL POLITELY .BUT SHE SHOUTS AND INSULTS PEOPLE TO SHOW THEM DOWN.WHY? NO ACTIONS SINCE YEARS..?
I Think IOCL has not aware of her ### Behaviour and given agency on GRACE, I Don't know how IOCL has given her such Gas Agency, There is no timing of her office when they will open, rude behaviour by her and their staff, non lifting of Phones calls, after booking their is no delivery of gas booking. We must file written complaint in IOCL against her, IOCL FIELD SALES OFFICER PHONE NUMBER IS: [protected], We must recommend to cancel her agency.

Yes her behaviour is like an illiterate, and wow! She speaks in English, I mean...what the bloody hell...!...I have taken a new connection and they are saying I have to carry 2 cylinders and the oven on my own and install it. I repeatedly told them to install...and all in vain, they don't even receive phone calls. Whenever I visited the office for enquiry of my new connection, I found each and every customer complaining for non delivery of gas. IOCL field personnel don't even take actions, I wonder if they are aware of this misery, company paying them money for nothing...nobody doing their duty.
I am a sufferer too and have been a target of mrs.prerna verma, i dont understand why she is always shouting at women, she speaks to my husband quite politely and makes him sit in her cabin for hours and have tea n all..whereas when i went there she abused and insulted me directly . she has been calling my husband to her godown too for collecting cylinders whereas her own deliveryman has asked me not to send my husband there ..reasons unknown..! I have booked my cylinder 2 months back and still not receiving it and twice her delivery person has given me in black charging me 1100 per cylinder . i tried to inform but she shouts and tells me ki tum apne husbamd ko nhejo wo kyo nahi aya ..my husband is also not listening to me now .everyday evening he is spending at her office .i am helpless :(
