ShopExpress - Pretoria South Africa review: Would like product or get money back.

On 18 December I purchased a Shower Caddy on line from Shopexpress, soon a whatsapp was received from THE EXPRESS STORE requesting how they can assist as I was not sure how to access their online shopping website. The message I got said "Hello there, you are chatting with Wendy". I was told to go to their product page and place my order and to NOTE that if I ordered 2 I would get one extra, however I only wanted one, soon the link was sent to me and I went ahead and placed my order but was unable to access how to actually pay for it. Contacted Wendy again and requested my email address, provided me with their Banking details so that she could "Manually place my order on their system", next Payment done and still not received my order. Have sent numerous whatsapp messages as well as tried calling them to no avail. Please be very vigilant of this business as they seem to be scammers.
