shop4toyz review: Not possible to contact them

I try to buy toys at shop4toyz and when the order was processing it never gave me a phone number to call or a confirmation of the order, only a processing status on the order. It says it takes 2-4 days processing a complaint but they just ignore it, also they charge the money.
