Shop & Save Grocery review: Food that is not fresh

I was at the Shop & Save grocery store, wanted to get two pieces of chicken, later noticed the chicken was cold, am on a fixed income, the manager that was there forced me to buy the chicken (since I'm a senior citizen), accused of me of yelling ; which is not true. The manager that was there was talking to me, not nicely; I'm a local customer that lives nearby... that has been a regular customer that has been going to that Shop & Save Grocery store for years. That manager has said to me ; not to come back. Never offered me a refund; never gave me another 2 pieces of chicken of willing to pay for. Exceptional poor customer service from a manager at this Shop & Save down in Carnegie, Pa on October 10th 2022. Never did apologize to me with his falsification of his attitude & actions; remarks.
