Shirley Razban-Nia aka Shirley Razbannia and her husband Sina Razban-Nia aka Razbannia Group aka Team Raz are a pair of financial scammers, extortion artists, con artists, thieves, and crooks.
Just a few months ago I lost my family home and my life savings because Shirley Razban-Nia and Sina Razban-Nia (Beware they changed the spelling of their last names to ATTEMPT to elude exposure of who & what they really are). with the help of their corrupt daughter, Shantal Razban-Nia and son Sam Razban-Nia scammed me in real estate negotiations.
Beware that they might falsely claim not to know what this is about. However that's what they've done with so many other complaints against them.
This is how malevolent, arrogant sociopaths, with absolutely no conscience operate. They take people's life achievements, homes, savings, destroy their families all in order to pocket more money for themselves and go on to the next victims.
And any so-called "positive" review or comment that might be posted about them is all FALSE and simply posted by the minions that they've paid to do so.
Their entire lives are facades put up to fool the Iranian community and to scam everyone else.
Speaking of being narcissistic sociopaths and having NO conscience, Shirley Razban-Nia, Sina Razban-Nia, Shantal Razban-Nia are the very same people who have so uncaringly and arrogantly and even self-righteously dumped, shunned, ousted their own relative (The same relative, specifically the niece of Sina Razban-Nia), solely because the evil matriarch of this screwed up family, Violet Razbannia, told them to.
They are the willing flying monkeys (Look up this very important term) of Violet Razbannia, the head malignant sociopath, because it's easier for them to go along with evil than to stand up for what's right and ethical.
The niece has been victimized, scapegoated, abused by Sina Razban-Nia, her [censored]ty mother, Violet Razbannia, Her other hypocrite uncle Michelle (Michael) Razbannia and other relatives, since she was a baby, child, and all through adulthood. Thus, it's no wonder that she's had many legal run-ins and problems. BUT WHAT PERSON. STUCK IN A FAMILY LIKE THIS, WOULDN'T?
She grew up as the scapegoat of these cowards who, instead of taking care of her like the adults that they were supposed to and legally bound to, willingly and knowingly allowed (Even handed her over) her to be molested and raped (When she was only 11-12 years old) by Violet Razbannia's then 35-year old boyfriend, Richard Ralston in Portland, Oregon and then looked the other way and refused to ever help her heal.
These are the same people who then constantly gaslighted her, made her believe that she was a "bad" person, used her, abused her, took advantage of her, vented their own failures and frustrations out on her, even physically beat and assaulted her (Oh yes, uncles Sina Razbannia and Michael Razbannia regularly delivered brutal slaps, punches, and other beatings, when this little girl so much as spoke up in a rare moment of excitement and so on). The mother, Violet Razbannia, was the main abuser. She actually punched, kicked, beat her and even BIT HER FINGERS TO THE POINT OF NEEDING STITCHES (Which she never got any medical attention for).
So you see, this family is not surprisingly the band of unconscienable thieves, scammers, con artists that everyone complains of.
Thankfully, the niece finally recognized what malevolent sociopaths they really are and always have been, and despite her legal troubles and losses, made vast improvements and went on to cut them from her life and to become a far better and in fact amazing woman.
Today, she wouldn't give them the time of day.
In fact, she even has social media accounts and YouTube Channels and more, upon which she uses these as platforms to publicly share her life experiences, inspire, and help others. Mainly, she is the most passionate animal advocate.
But that's just it: The niece is among the most decent and wonderful and amazing people. She has empathy, morals, ethics, self-respect and respect and love for animals and others that need a voice.
This family, though, this band of rabid thieves and FAKES AND PHONIES AND SCAMMERS will never change.
In fact, they only become worse.
The only thing they're good at is ATTEMPTING to constantly lie to everyone and fake it.
At any rate, my family and I lost our home and life savings to Shirley Razban-Nia, Sina Razban-Nia, Shantal Razban-Nia.
Team Raz.

Also, do be very wary and BEWARE their partner in crime, Michael Razbannia and his business. R.M. G. Funding Group, Inc.
Michael Razbannia and R.M. G. Funding Group, Inc, NOT SURPRISINGLY, are in cahoots with Shirley Razban-Nia and Sina Razban-Nia and Shantal Razban-Nia and have aided and abetted them in stealing over 8 million dollars (So far) from unsuspecting families and small businesses and even some larger companies.
Like all typical Iranians, they think "very highly" of themselves and consider themselves more clever than the people they have victimized and have nothing but disdain (And NO remorse) for their victims.
Michael Razbannia is also associated and the main player in many other properties and businesses such as: Amigo 7255, L.L. C. and much more.
BEWARE of the Razban-Nia aka Razbannia family and any other business, property, entity remotely associated with them.
