Ordered a baby doll for wife's mother. This by no means meets the description and never buy from again.

I did get mine issue taken care via paypal today on this with Shinnestar. [censored] made me an offer again to give me a full refund but "I had to pay the shipping back to China" I went to paypal again on that. That time I had no way to decline his offer. I took it further to paypal's message-email and voice my case. Here is what I got back today
"Hello, David. Thank you for contacting PayPal messaging. I apologize you had this issue with your purchase. I have reviewed claim number PP-D-xxxxxxxx $41.98 and have closed it in your favor" I even added to my thank you to paypal they need to quit processing cards for this Con-Job

Hey everyone... I just got scammed by this company as well. I ordered the real lifelike journey doll and received the hatd little 4 inch plastic doll. I contacted them and they got back to me saying they will only give me a discount on another purchase. This is ridiculous!

I had the same problem ; paid $40:98 for a product and when it arrived it was complete rubbish- did not even resemble the advertised item. When i complained, they offered discount on a future purchase [ as if ]- then $2 compensation. I escalated the matter with Pay Pal and am still waiting for the case to be resolved.This seller can only be described as SCAMMING SCUM ! and should be shut down

They did t to me too, and apparently NUMEROUS others, so much so that it has to be quite transparent to social media and paypal as to who is not a legitimate seller, and they obviously choose to turn a blind eye. I hope they will at least acknowledge my claim and refund my money. Already tried talking to the seller and they want to refund me 3 dollars of a 42 dollar purchase, and let me keep the trash they sent in place of the item I ordered. No thanks, damn time wasting thieves! They should not be permitted to run the same scam on a continuing basis.

It is a shame for this sham is it not? They offered me 3.00 to in the beginning, then went up to 5.00, I told the Chinese jerk to shove his 5 up his [censored]. Filed the complaint with Paypal thru the resolution center. Seller answered this time with a 4.00 refund. I denied and am still await Paypal's decision. Best Thing to do is keep on the social media and complain on them. And we are supposed to have PayPal Buyer Protection yet they fight us too meaning Paypal. If I dont get my money back via PayPal they can shove their account too. I will close and pay it off and never use them again. And I been a loyal PayPal user for 25 yrs.

@David_R, Yeah, I am having trouble with PayPal on this. The best they came up with is full refund, but I had to return the "item" to the sender, and provide tracking. Well, USPS to China with tracking was over $100! So I sent the stupid thing with just the customs declaration to serve as tracking, at a cost of $17 to me, for an item that is 100 percent fraudulent sale. As you say, PayPal Buyer Protection seems to be worthless too if this is the way they handle a company that is notorious for fraudulent sales. After all, they get their chunk for every purchase, regardless of whether it is legit or not. It still remains to be seen if after all this I get any refund. Yeah, I hold PayPal to be responsible to make this right, I too have been a loyal PayPal user for 29 + years!
