I had my friend transfer RMB 58,252 to Chris Yang at this company Shenzhen Changlifeng technology co Ltd for gel blaster toy guns. Once the money had been received, Chris failed to confirm order details, he never provide me with order form, invoice or contract. When I enquire as to when I will receive goods and how many pieces he informs he will be giving me goods that I didn’t even order. He is now forcing me and refusing to listen or compromise. I made an enquiry before the order and he is saying he will give me those goods even though I clearly told him I didn’t want them. I have asked for the whole order to be stopped and cancelled and for him to return my money but he refused and sends me laughing emojis and says no. I haven’t eaten or slept properly since last week, it’s over $8000 which is a lot of money and my husband is extremely angry and very frustrated with the situation I am in. I have always had a wonderful experience with my Chinese counterparts and spend over $200,000 each year on local businesses but now I face extreme difficulties and pressure to recover my money or goods. Chris Yang has cheated me and taken my money in good faith and now refuses to fulfil my request. He is insisting I have entered a contract when I have never been given a contract or agreed to anything. I don’t have an invoice, order form, copy contract or anything. I merely made an enquiry and then changed my mind for the first set of goods as I had ordered similar elsewhere and the item was of absolute no use. I made another enquiry for the gel blaster guns and made payment for almost 3 times the amount I needed in good faith that I would be repeating the order. However Chris Yang is adamant that he will give me the goods that I initially enquired about and in his words nobody buys those goods, this is clearly his reasons to enforce them upon me. I have begged, cried and tried to converse with him to reach an amicable settlement but he send me laughing emojis and refuses. $8000 is a large amount to lose and am extremely upset and depressed with the situation. I have many screenshots of the conversation which I can forward to you if required. Thank you

Desired outcome: I wish for a full refund or the goods which I want gel blaster guns to be shipped to me and not the glock water pistols which are being enforced onto me
