Shein and SpeedX review: Shein products

On 10th of August, my shein parcel was delivered bu SpeedX (SPX0GE056700451092) to a wrong address bearing shein order numbers GSUN8E14C000TY6 and GSUN8E14C000TY5. The picture given as a proof of delivery shows the package left at an entrance that is definitely not mine. This is the second time this incident happened with me. This is ridiculous. Shein will for sure refund the money. But what about the products that one needs? pathetic delivery service they have with speedX. SpeedX doesn’t even have a helpline number where you can call and discuss the issue. I am attaching the proof of delivery.
