I purchased three pieces of music on the same day, from the same account, and paid for them all at the same time with the same credit card. I did not get one of the arrangements. I sent proof that I placed the order, what I ordered, and that I paid for all three. Customer support keeps asking me about another email address that I did not use to purchase the music. They say the situation is resolved but I still don’t have my music.
Desired outcome: I would like the piece that I ordered!
