Shauna Official Store On Aliexpress review: sending of wrong prescribe lenses only sph - (minus) is wrong seller sent + (plus) sph for both eyes when it was prescribe for sph + (plus)

Dear and Respected Sir,

In March, 2019, I personally uploaded my prescription (made by optician in Islamabad) to
SHAUNA Official Store on aliexpress which as as under :-

Right Eye SPH +0.75 CYL -1.0 AXIS 85 and
Left Eye SPH +0.50 CYL -0.75 AXIS 80

On receipt of delivery from the seller I visited my optician for fixing of lenses in frame, at that time optician pointed out that the CYL (cylinder) of both the eyes sent the seller is wrong and is showing +1.0 and +0.75 when my actual prescription was showing that my both the eyes CYL (cylinders) were (Minus) -1.0 and (Minus) -0.75. Than I immediately filed a dispute in March 2019 by pointing out the mistake of seller that he has sent me lenses of wrong CYL when other all prescription was exact
(I mean SPH AND AXIS). At that time Time Case Management team of aliexpress has refunded the money. The matter was settled. You can see my remarks in
Customer Reviews Section which are as under :-

"Seller is very nice who has reversed the money he sent me wrong glasses. I order for far cylinder - (Minus) but he sent me + cylinder. However I will say him nice."

For again booking I have again contacted seller SHAUNA Official Store in May 2019
and uploaded my prescription (which already he has) but for fresh booking I and seller chatted in message section. Where seller in response to my chat written my prescription and during chat I asked seller that in booking section there are eight type of lenses and according to my prescription what I will choose he replied me NOMRAL LENSE L. Than I immediately booked the lenses vide Order ID:[protected] on 09.5.2019 at a cost of us dollars 20.03

On receipt of lenses I contacted my optician to fix the lenses in frame. The optician seen the lenses and pointed out that my according to uploaded prescription to (SHAUNA Official store) is +0.75 for right eye and +0.50 for left eye. Than I filed the dispute and explain the situation. Again I change the dispute reason very clearly that seller has sent me wrong prescribed lenses of SPH -0.75 right eye and -0.50 for left eye but my prescribed SPH was +0.75 for right eye and +0.50 for right eye. On 30.5.2019 I sent email to tradesecurity@aliexpress.com but no response
was given. It is further pertinent to mention that aliexpress stress it that contact the seller to solve the problem but so many messages were forwarded to the seller but seller is not replying. Further more it is pointed out that most of sellers on aliexpress also writes there contact numbers on envelop but this seller has not written his contact number and complete address on envelop so that in case of problem no one can contact him. I have received the final email of aliexpress which shows that as shown in the seller's descrpiton page: The product you purchased and got is
the same as that in the seller's description page.

It is intimated that the all other value I mean Cyl (cylinder) and Axis were according to my eye prescription but one prescription SPH of my both the eyes is +0.75 and +0.50 but seller has sent me the lenses of - (Minus) SPH which are is not according to my prescription however lenses Cyl and axis is correct and lenses are useless. My optician was saying if these lenses will be fixed in the frame than you will see the mountains and long distance things just like blur. However lenses only have correct add +2.0 for reading news papers etc exactly. Main fault is in SPH which seller sent me in -0.75 and -0.50.

I my opinion there is no optician at aliexpress who will be able to see the micro problem of Lenses.in this way aliexpress has finally invalidated my prescription by saying that these are exact lenses even I have uploaded the images of lenses envelop which show that sellers lenses area showing - (Minus) SPH but my prescription was + (Plus) SPH value area same.

At the end I hope that you form will help me to refund the money or seller should be directed to send me correct prescribed lenses and seller or aliexpress will provide me an option so that I may get the lenses which is my need.

I hope that my request will be discussed by your board with the help of optician of china and by seeing my chat with seller which was made by me with seller before booking of lenses. Ali express serve will have all these evidences.
