I have a Du plan that was taken last December 2022, the reason I took it was so that I could avail the device. until my agent said around May or June this year that I need to replace my Du sim because my credit has gone back to zero, my DU plan has been for almost 1 year and until now I still haven't been able to avail the phone, ? Everytime I talk to my agent, She have many reasons and Alliby's its her obligation to explain to us as a customer but sorry to say she cannot even talk to us properly, her name is Jenny Salazar in Al rigga, their shop is inside Kabayan Mobile, but still, even though this is my experience, I still pay the Du on-time.

I also recommended my friend to get a plan from that female Agent that I mentioned above but she did the same to my friend. Until Saturday September 30, 2023 afternoon time around 3pm, I received a call from a Lady agent also from Du, she told me that my first sim card, which I already cancelled last May 2023, and I no longer use it. since I cancelled at the Du Office MOE Branch, they said it was activated in the postpaid plan this is the # that i cancelled last May 2023([protected])! so I was surprised and angry how could it be activated without my consent? it's like a scam that I experienced and a very worst experience. as in! can anyone of the DU team contact me in this du number ([protected]) that I'm using, it's very horrible experience.
