I placed an order #[protected] on 12/12/22 for a Shark AI Ultra 2-in-1 Robot Self-Empty XL and additional product. The product did not work as expected. I contacted SharkClean on 12/19/22 to return the products. I was given 3 FedEx shipping labels. I package everything and ship back on 12/19/22 at the local Fed-Ex. I was told by SharkClean representative that it would take 4-5 business days for a refund. The product was received in Chino Calif on 12/21/22.
I have not received a refund and I made contact with support. They seem to not have any information on the return and basically unable to work this issue out.
