Free shipping & unclear ordering

I placed an order which the website said orders over $70 you received free shipping. Well I was charged for shipping. I entered the access code also, yet was still charged. It also said if you order 2 leggings you get a discount. So I hit the button to get the discount but it ordered 2 pairs plus the original pair I put in the cart. I only wanted 2 pairs not 3.
I would like to be refunded for the shipping & I will be sending back the additional pair

Desired outcome: Refund for free shipping & send back the 3rd pair that I did not need
I called and never got a person. #1.
4.99 was charged to my bank card. I did not authorize it. I need to speak to someone in a phone call . A live person. I bought 2 bras pd for it was delivered. No reason for anything else to be taken out. And please I unsubscribed. I do not wish to join any thing. Bad enough u don't have custom service people we can talk to.please give me my money back and delete my information. Do NOT TOUCH MY BANK CARD EVER AGAIN.
Desired outcome: Don't know order number. But I want to get in touch with a real person. [protected].
I am so disappointed in Sharpermint
I have tried for two months to discontinue my membership with this company. I requested wide strap cami's and I continued to get the narrow ones. I have tried to complain because when I received several narrow straps as presents from friends after leaving the hospital, Shapermint Customer Service required that I just though so many hoops - it simply made no sense. These were present that had been unworn and still in packages.
Now I have been trying for two months to cancel my membership also with my reaching and connecting with 5 different customer service members and yet again I still cannot find that link to 'cancel my membership'. I'm still be charged for monthly service and I don't want to continue with this agency.
Can anyone truly help? Customer service is simply horrible.

Charges to my debit card when I did not make a purchase
Several months ago I did buy some bras from shapermint using my debit card. Now 3 months later I see that on 5/15 there were two charges for 4.99 each on the same day and I have not bought anything from you in months. This stinks of fraud. I have tried to call you but the number listed online has too many digits. The robotic IT help was useless and wanted me to pay a dollar just to get help. This is outrageous that you are running a business and no one can effectively contact you. I need those charges to my debit card returned and for someone to contact me confirming that. If I don't hear from you within 48 hours I will be forced to write a negative and fraudulent review everywhere I can find online.

Pinterest has tons of ads for Shapermint, I trusted that. But they are a sham. Their site looks reliable but it isn't supplying what they advertise. Apprently if you do get an order it isn't what you purchased and not well made. Months will go by without orders being delivered or refunds provided. Their tracking system, is not a viable site. I have had to start a complaint with PayPal in hopes of getting a refund.
Desired outcome: I trust that Pinterest will remove ads relating to this sham of a company. Insure that companies you promote, are actually a reliable organizations.

I made the order at 4 something it's now 546 n I still haven't been able to cancel an item which it says I have 1 hour after the amount is paid ... I've been talking to robots that's giving me the run around. I dnt want to cancel my whole order I just want to cancel the one bra by itself
I orded 1 cami to give it a try, I was sent 4. and charged for 4. How do I return 3 and get credit? I would not have ordered 4 in the same color. There were no invoice in with the order. I am not a company,
