Servpro Rainbow City review: Dishwasher and disrespectful

Shane Alexander [protected] has The first day servpro entered my home was on March 19th 2023. They cleaned up water damage to my kitchen and dining area. They scratched my hardwood floors in the process. They were replaced and we were very happy with the service we received. Upon further inspection we noticed our brand new dishwasher dishwasher was scratched. We reported to one of the supervisors and never received a return phone call. My wife went to the office and the secretary would not let her speak to anyone. She was very disrespectful and condescending. We have tried to contact our servpro at 1140 Deerfoot prky Rainbow City to only be shut down and ignored. We also have asked multiple times for the lockbox. To be removed from our front door. It has been over 2 months since Servpro had been to our house.
