ServicesSignTruworths.co.za review: Poor customer service and poor fraud cases handling.

I'm a health worker who is a victim of an identity theft. The culprit took items from Truworths under the false documents he doctored of mine.
I opened a case in 2019 of identity theft and the police were already investigating the case and had a warrant of arrest out for this degenerate.
I got wind of the fraud the criminal committed, when I found out that Truworths had listed me.
Gave them all the documents including the investigating officers contact details, case number, my documents and information about the case.
They've sat on it for 3 weeks, they answer emails every after 3 days just to be told that they're waiting for documents from the archives.
They don't care about how my life has turned upside down. They are the main driving force in my financial and character assassination. No different from the criminal who stole my identity and committed fraud. As a matter of fact they're absolutely useless when it comes to identity theft cases and they don't care about fraud. Here is a warning, you wouldn't want to be in my shoes with Truworths.
