Service of Macca Motors Karachi review: KIA Sportage

Sir,

Reference is made to appended email regarding car service i.e: engine oil / filter / wash, please be informed that KIA Sportage (BJ-1706) was sent on Saturday, dated September 03, 2022 at 09:30 am to your authorized dealer of Macca Motors wherein the following observations were noted:

· Car was handed-over to Mr. Hamza at 09:50 am wherein he stated that the same will be ready for pick-up by second half till 05:30 pm (max.) of same day.

· However, our driver was waiting there till 05:30pm and when he asked about receiving of the car, your surveyor was informed that car had not been washed as yet (although the engine oil and filter had been done till 12:00 noon) which seems very unprofessional and non-cooperative attitude.

· Moreover, our car has been handed-over to the driver (Mr. Sohail) at 06:30 pm (after completion of all services) after frequent follow-ups.

We would appreciate to please look into the matter in future to avoid such delays / mis-commitments as we are not satisfied with your services.
