Sergeant Rooter and Septic

Sergeant Rooter and Septic came to my house on July 1 to check out why water was coming up from the ground in my backyard. They said my septic tank was the problem and sold me a Aquaworx Remediator filter. But that filter didn't fix the issue and I called them many times to complain. They came and pumped my tank a few times, but the water kept coming back. Two other septic companies gave me quotes and said my bleeder lines needed replacing. One company quoted me $800 and the other $1000. Sergeant Rooter and Septic replaced the bleeder lines and sent me an invoice for $4000. They said they had to cover the cost of the filter, which was $4702.50. I think they should give me back $3700 for selling me a filter I didn't need. Those filters are for septic tanks that are almost dead. My house was built in 2018, so my septic tank is pretty new. The *** told me that Sergeant Rooter and Septic didn't tell them about the filter before installing it. The *** said they wouldn't have let them sell me the filter if they had known. Sergeant Rooter and Septic came on January 6, 2022 without telling the *** and dug up my yard to fix the problem. They caused more damage to my bleeder lines.

Got my septic system pumped and the pipes resealed 'cause roots got in. The dudes did a great job! They came on time and same day for me. They suggested what they think is best after seeing the system's condition but didn't push anything on me. They knew their stuff and explained each option. The grass in the area was pretty thin and messed up to start with but they planted new seeds for me after they filled it back in and smoothed everything out. I'd use them again and tell anyone looking for a good honest company to use them too. Awesome job guys!
