This company is just terrible. I ordered some clothes online and paid extra for next-day delivery, but it's been three whole days and I still haven't received my order. I finally got an email saying that it's delayed and won't arrive until after I leave for the hospital. Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, this company's customer service is just awful. They don't even have a phone number that you can call to get help.

I was really counting on these clothes for my husband so that he could have something to wear during skin-to-skin time with our twins when they're born.
