I called because the business is listed on my credit report. And, the person who answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful. And, after I hung up he called me and started swearing at me about paying my bill. Then, I received two emails that were laced with profanity. I have never rented a vehicle from any car or truck service. And, I have never been to Bayonne, New Jersey.

Desired outcome: I would like a phone call and email with a FULL apology from the person who answered the phone. And, the information that I was going to request. And, the termination of the employee.
