Sedwick review: No payment of disability check and they keep giving me the run around

I have been dealing with a disability claim where I have been off of work since december 10, 2022. My claim was denied by the examiner and I had to file an appeal. My doctors information was not and the examiner said she didnt believe I was disabled. Additionally, I was ordered to have an independent medical evaluation and once complete my denial was overturned. I have been told my sophia shin that my payments were sent. I have currently been waiting for my check since march. Nothing. I am at the risk of losing a lot since I have had no income at all. I have continually requested them to send my payment ach or overnight since I have literally been waiting since december and nothing. At this point I am desperate and feel i'm being discriminated on based on a disability. They say it takes 14 days to get payment however it has been months! I am losing everything.
