Security Public Storage in Roseville, CA review: Storage unit

We vacated our unit at Security Public Storage in Roseville, CA on May 11th 2023 after being there for 5 years. We had a credit balance and were told we would get a refund. The refund never came. After many, many attempts to rectify this request, no one will respond to my calls or e-mails. It has been almost six months and still no refund. You can't talk to a live body except for the site office and they say there's nothing they can do. They said once they send the refund request to Corporate it's out of their hands. You can't call corporate and have to send e-mails. My e-mails to corporate are ignored and there is no response. I will never go there again and would never recommend them to anyone. They exhibit poor business practices and should be held accountable.
