please do not order an allegedly "secure Unaphone Zenith".
In the best case the persons behind this are simply overworked as they constantly claim, in worse scenario they are just a little bit incompetent and the very worst scenario they are outright fraudulent though sofar I do not really think so. I ordered one of their allegedly secure mobile phones one year ago for about Eur 590 via a crowd funding compaign because I believed what the German email provider Tutanota wrote about them. Sofar I have received nothing from them but excuses.
Rather worse: I have noticed that my allegedly "secure" commercial Tutanota emai-account was hacked at least twice. This is almost okay, as they just offer utmost privacy for normal consumers and I have other concerns but they might be okay for this limited purpose.
However, regarding this Unaphone Zenith, better run away asap, better buy a Blackphone from their competitors in Switzerland or the US and for 4 to 5 times of the price, it still might not keep governmental entitites out but at least it is not totally unlikely that you will receive at least something!

I’m in the same situation - been going around and around with Jen, Michael and Christopher for months to try and get a refund. This was such a scam. I just filed a complaint with a UK Consumer Protection service at https://ssl.datamotion.com/form.aspx?co=3438&frm=general&to=flare.fromforms. It’s worth a shot.
I'm in the same situation with UnaPhone Zenith // Una Inc Ltd, since November 2017, Michael /Jen has been promising a refund of $459USD and excuse after excuse --- still no refund!
Anyway, if anyone has any legal connections for UK, please contact oneplusone[at]riseup.net -- so we (everyone that contributed to this) can file a formal complaint against this company and try to get some money back thru court system.
The same situation. Have ordered their phone for 500 eur at the 15th of September 2016. Nothing had come. Asked to refund money, again nothing but excuses. Could you please suggest any ligal organization in the UK to write complaint on their behaviour and their business?
Bloody [censor] and liars. Money paid, nothing shipped, they claim they made a refund but it takes already 2 weeks for the money to get to my account? Interesting, huh?
