Secunda Game Store and Night Guard Security Company review: Customer service

Game store Secunda and Night Guard Security company Game store deliveries department at the back service there is frustrating I felt so disrespected ive spent 45 mins on the gate just for them to come and open the gate for me. Then it got really worse when the Security guy lef us the and lock us inside and not saying anything then we had to wait again until my transport left me and I had to organise onother one after I paid that one the other Security came with his Supervisor friend then it turned out the security guy has forgotten the key on his jacket while his professional Supervisor was trying to explain to us then the rude Security guy came back with the key and the attitude the security guy told us straight on our eyes infront of his Supervisor that nothing will happen to them this happens everyday what is Secunda center management they are lazy also he Proudly gave us the name of the Security Company and said is Night Guard he insisted that I write he doesn't gife a [censored] he was not showing any remorse to whatever the frustration we've gone through again im so so disappointed and regret spending my 9000 at game and game stuff didn't care about me lady from food lover's came to my aid to tell me where to find security office the white guy we were waiting with from Game had to go with that lady to call that security not knowing that security guy will come and tell us that they were taking Company Pics and they are short stuffed and their company is on probation
