Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay (Mexico): review: Service so horrible resort so nasty

Secrets Puerto Vallarta Bay (Mexico):

I arrived and after the airport situation, I was upgrades to a preferred room 2504 on the all adult resort _ Dreams next door accepts kids). I went up to the room and there were bugs all over the floor with dirty bed covers. So I called down stairs and my room was switched to # 2512 and this room was better but the entire resort was like taking a step back unto the 80's, the furniture and everything was old and outdated. So I left the room and a warerbug was running around in the common area hallways. (very scares of any type of bugs).., ran passed it reported it and begin my trip. When I went back to the room I can tell the common area hallways were not clean do to that same warerbug upside down and moving.

I went to take a shower and as I exited 1 foot (naked body) unto my foot towel, a maintenance personal was standing there inside my room staring at my naked body... I screamed and he ran out... I never felt more violated in my entire life, o got dressed went to the front desk and requested to speak to the general manager, who never cared to come see me once, during my trip after a situation like this, they jist did not care enough... I complained to the front desk manager who really did not care much either. They offer a 25 minute spa massage for 3 people. I said, I want the general manager to care about how I have been treated, and to call me at the resort and he never did... I went to a restaurant and was told my dress was not appropriate and was told that I could not ear there (hibachi) and I went to tell Fernando (concierge manager about how rudely Miguel (hostess) spoke to me and told me find another place to eat.; but Fernando had left to go home, so I spoke with Jonathan (front desk manager) who went on to say we need to enforce the dress code rules and I said to him""WHAT" I was wearing a dress and we started arguing and he said You people as a black person I was offended as now o know the truth that Secret resorts hire racist people.. And I did not have dinner that night I was so disgusted with the level of service and the fact that the hosted 3 separate black people weddings, to treat me on the manner that occured... Donor support or stay at secrets any more the CFO Mark (Hyatt World Resorts) need to do a better job, as this resort cost more then all of the other and at falled completely.
