Sebastian Lake UOC, LLC review: I would like to see our water resume

Good Morning,

I live at 8318 Eufaula Drive in Hackett, Arkansas, 72937. We live on a private lake (Sebastian Lake) and pay our water bills to Sebastian Lake UOC, LLC out of Dallas Texas. We made it through the extremely cold weather by dripping water from our faucet-only to have our water dept give someone permission to fill a tanker-when we were already low on our water supply! We have been without water now for over 24 hours. I - and my neighbors - have called their customer service line many times, only to be told several different stories and the runaround like crazy-until I told them that I knew about the tanker situation. Now they won't accommodate my requests to talk to a Supervisor-stating it could take 24 hours. (They even sent me to another local water company - Bologna Water Company-whose GM was not happy about it at all-and asked for our company's supervisors name and number - as they have nothing whatsoever to do with Hackett!) This is totally unacceptable-as we pay $130 monthly for water service here for 2 people! (Which I have always paid early on auto draft and never once complained-until now.) Please advise what I need to do about this - and I will do it gladly. If this were weather or equipment related-I would understand - and do my best to get through it-but this was an error in judgement-without even giving us any notice (there are still "no known situations" posted on their website) and all of us here are understandably very upset. Thank you for your help in this matter or some kind of direction that we need to take.
