They took my money and now am after them every time. Infact, they messed up wit the wrong dude because $120 change they rip me off will mean to change their content, their legal name and diaper unless they work out some’ with me. Yes, they took my money. I got their legal name, EIN and now going forward I will be their Gaba-Gaba.

Here are their contacts for some of you who want to deal with them direct. [protected] :

Someone has to listen and help .. It is painful enough stealing from someone especially now that some of us are already laid off. I bet they got illegal workers there too because one of them hanged up the phone on me.

I think I like to walk the edge of being foolish or wise with my money all the time. I know every "free trial offer" you ever sign up for will lull you into a false sense of "I got something for free" until the smack a $30-60 charge on you the very next month for their auto-shipping program you signed up for under their fine print. I know that they will make you jump through hoops and wait on hold when you wisely cancel your account with them before they do that. I know my way around these things, I know how to play by the rules they don't like to abide by, but MUST.

Seattle Coffee Direct is the biggest fraud I have ever seen in my life.

The deal I signed up for was two bags of coffee (admittedly delicious), two dollar-store coffee mugs, and two wal-mart style thermoses for $25. The website states a return policy of a full refund on return of product, and says you can expect shipment twice a month. I give myself ten days from first shipment to call back and cancel. That sounds about right. The shipment shows up with no identifying invoice (weird), a broken mug, and a customer service number.

Not even a week later, I'm on my credit card account to pay my bill and there are three charges on it, totaling $116.85, on my account. I call them and say, "wtf?" They replied, "You didn't make a selection for how often you wanted it, so we default to every two days."
"But there was no option for frequency. The website says twice a month, not fifteen."
"You didn't select that."
"I want my money back."
"Send back the product."
"I don't' have it."
"Your three packages are pending shipment. Send it when you get it."
ONE bag was left at my front door. I returned it. Two charges are in dispute with my credit card for non-receipt. I'm expecting one legitimate refund, at least.

It's been two months, so I called again.
"Where's my refund?"
"We never got your return."
"I returned it to (address) and delivery confirmation is (tracking number) just so you can't make that claim."
"That's the wrong address."
"That's where it came from, and you told me to return it!"
"Fine, we'll give you your refund. Just wait 60-90 days."
"How do you sleep at night?"

So now I made a complaint with the BBB, requesting my dispute charges cleared off my account (and no longer being "still investigating"), refund of their charges plus interest, and NOW. As in, don't let it sit in your bank account collecting interest for two months, give it back. I never wanted any of the packages in the first place.

Since my last call, they have changed their return policy to "Store credit only" and changed their customer service phone number. The fine print still says "ships twice a month" but in a pop-up window there is now a disclaimer saying "it may be more or less frequent, " which is ALL sorts of misleading. That's like saying "You can expect to buy this TV for about $200" and then charging you $3, 000 for it. Nice estimation skills, champ.

The president of the company, I see where this scam artist gets his money. People don't always check their credit cards until the next statement comes in, which can take up to a month. More if people are slow to open their mail, or have their accounts on auto-pay. This guy can potentially drain bank accounts and credit limits for hundreds of dollars at a time, keep the money for people who can't find him (changing contact numbers and all) or can't figure out what to do.. And even for the people who find out what's going on, keep their money for months at a time, storing all the scammed-up money in an interest account for which the interest at least is basically free money for him.

I'm just asking for my money back, but someone needs to take this guy DOWN.

I was lured by a Facebook ad stating 5 patagonia shirts for signing up for two things. One being 5 for $5 for coffee and mugs. Turned out to be $5 for each thing. Once I received the order I sent it back and contacted and cancelled the account. Once I checked my account they had billed us for 2 months of a membership at 39 bucks a month. They kept promising us a return in the next "billing cycle" and now four months later they are saying 5-7 business days. Now today they say it will be posted by tomorrow.

Never, ever, ever order coffee from this company! I placed one order with them, for a total of $25, which was for several coffees and 2 coffee travel mugs. Seattle Coffee charged my credit care$38 10 SEPERATE times in a period of 2 weeks! I kept receiving packages of coffee in the mail every other day! They billed me so frequently that my card automatically was cancalled and reported stolen. When I called the company they arrogantly informed me that when I had made my purchase I had signed up for their coffee club. First of all I did no such thing! I made one purchase and NEVER assented to membership in their little "club". Secondly, what kind of club sends two large packages of the same coffee to a person every other day, totally more than $300 in less than three weeks?!?! Finally, the original order I had placed for $25 was never filled as I never received the mugs at all. The coffee is mediocre at best, the company is dishonest and unscrupulous and has cause me such a headache. Stay away from this company I urge you! They are operating completely dishonestly and they deserve to be brought down.

I signed up for a once a month "coffee club", so I thought. I received 6 shipments in less than 1 month, each shipment cost me $39.95 for less than a pound of coffee. This is not what I agreed to, I shipped everything back to the company, they acknowledged recieving all shipment in their warehouse on May 2, 2009. I still have not received any refund at all. I contacted my credit card company and they said to wait and give them 30 more days. I feel I'm not going to get my money back at all and in the meantime I'm paying itnerest on about $200 worth of stuff I didn't order or want. There is no supervisor or manager to speak with in the Co., each time I call I get a different story like they havent gotten the shipments back or their return policy has changed. Each listing on my credit card statement is different also, they also bill under Bellezza Coffee, Global Coffee Direct, Metro Coffee. They should not be allowed to get away with this any more, especially after reading all the other complaints, there are pages of them.

I too, foolishly filled out a sample order form for Seattle Coffee Direct. I thought I was getting a trial offer, 5 for $25.00. Not really that good of a deal, but I was willing to try it! On 5/08/09 I was billed the $25.00 for my trial offer. On 5/11/09 I was billed an additional $38.95 for my next shipment, that I hadn't even ordered! I hadn't even tasted the trial shipment coffee yet! When I checked my bank account online, there were TWO more orders for $38.95 in the pending activity! I immediately called the company and told them to cancel my order and return my money! The girl on the phone laughed and said just return the coffee. I did, and I am still trying to get my money back. I am definitely reporting them to the BBB. I am also going to contact the Attorney General. This is fraud, plain and simple.

I have been billed every 4 days for 38.95 plus .31 cents. For coffee I never received. I think this is a internet scam. and should be shut down. I get get the company, to issue, one refund of bank overdraft charges, and one shipment. However this still does not help me, as they have effectively stolen about 100.00 from my bank account. I received the 1st order which I understood was to be $5.00, (ended up being $25.00 plus .20
service charge. ) Then they say they shipped 3 other orders which I never received. (38.95 + .31 service charge)These types of companies should be investigated and shut down. They are reaping millions and nothing so far has been done.

I replied to a offer for $2.00 I could get two bags of coffee and 2 travel mugs, I got the package and tried the coffee, it really wasn't all that great, I called the number that was in the paperwork and at that time I was told a new package was already on the way, and that 2 more were coming after that...Now at this time I am livid, how many days is a free trial? I replied on the 11th of Sept, got the coffee on the 14th and that same day they sent out a new package, then again on the 21st and the 22nd! My bank account had been charged $39.70 for each of these transactions that were never authorized! I called several times and each time was told that it will be a few weeks and I would see the credits back on my account, I also had the promise of a call back from a manager, I had also left messages, nothing has happened, no call back, no credits...finally I contacted my bank and they are investigating the fraud of this company...hopefully I will see something back into my account within 15 days...This has really put a bad taste in my mouth over all of this...I will in the future google a company before taking part in a "free" trial again

I ordered the two bags of coffee and the grinder from Seattle online for $9.00 for the coffee and the grinder was to be free.
I was charged $34.00 on my debit card and checking account.
That amounts to $25.00 shipping and handling which I didn't expect and they never did tell me that is what would be charged.
On 10-1-07 I was charged $38.95
On 10-10-07 I was charged $38.95
On 10-21-07 I was charged $38.95
On 10-31-07 I was charged $38.95
and On 11-12-07 I was charged another $38.95.
I returned two orders and have never received any credit so I haven't returned any other orders not knowing if I would get a credit or not.
Their refund Policy saiys return unopened coffee for a full refund.
I have received no refunds and they just keep sending this coffee after I have told them in two emails to STOP.

I ordered the introductory package from Seattle Direct Coffee and received the package (2 ceramic mucs, 2 travel cups, and 2 12-oz packets of coffee on the 15th (Wed). I had not even had a chance to sample it when I received 2 more packets of coffee on Fri., the 17th (yesterday). Apparently Seattle Coffee Direct has a hard time paying for shipping, because they charge $6.95 per packet (12-oz.) per shipping.

I do not want this second shipping and do not want to do business with such a serious bunch of scam artists as Seattle Coffee. If necessary I will cancel the debit card I placed the original order on, but am hoping they will be so deluged with complaints that they will take their coffee back. I am outraged and hope other victims of Seattle Coffee Direct's scheming will report it and get them off the market place.

In September 2009 I ordered a sample coffee for $2.00 and billed $41.70. I immediately cancelled the order and received a confirmation refund via e-mail.

After 3 months and no refund I received another refund confirmation saying I will be credited 3-5 business days--It has been 2 weeks and no refund--I try to call and all i get s circyuits busy or too busy-I leave messages but no return calls. I have called everyday for 2 weeks straight and no call backs and no refund. They are the worst in the business of fraud and deception and i can't even locate where they are to file a formal complaint.

I ordered a coffee sample on 7/7. I received the sample several days later, but then received another shipment of coffee a couple of days after that. The shipment contained no bill, no invoice, and no information.

I called the company right away, and they advised that they would stop sending me coffee. However, they said that although I had not received them yet, 2 more shipments had already been sent out to me and I would be receiving them soon. They advised that the charge for each shipment was $38.95, and that they were absolutely non-refundable. They also advised that even if I wrote “CANCEL” on the shipment and returned it unopened, the most I could possibly get would be store credit (for more coffee products).

I was completely shocked by this, as I had not signed up for such an arrangement. After a very long conversation with management, they refused to offer any refund whatsoever.

I feel very strongly that I was deliberately misled. This is so upsetting. I feel that this company got my credit card information from the sample purchase, and then started making shipments to me as quickly as possible so that they could charge as much as possible before I noticed the activity on my bill. I am paying over $140 for 6 bags of coffee that I never asked for.

The company claims that they send a shipment of 2 large bags of coffee every 3 days. This is extremely suspicious to me, as no one could possibly use that much coffee and therefore would never enroll in such a program if they KNEW THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT.

What’s more, when looking them up on a complaints board, there were over 400 of the EXACT SAME complaints. I am appalled that this company is getting away with this.

We have also been scammed by this company. My husband originally signed up last year for the 2 bag and grinder deal. He later canceled because we were receiving 2 bags every other week!
Just last week I noticed a $79.99 charge on our bank statement from this company. We have tried to call the number that comes in the bag "if there is a problem call" it is a singles number add & disconnects after a brief advertisement. The real number is supposed to be [protected]..However no one answers or it is always busy!
We may have to get the bank involved in this fraudulent company!

Unless you are looking for a company to steal your money, I would recommend you never! try this company out. I had signed up for the intro offer, and the product was actually very good, if a little pricey. By the third shipment I received in two weeks - at $39.97 each, I was ready to cancel the auto shipment and just order as I needed it. When I called, I was told to send the unopened shipments back and I would receive the refund once they received the product.

Being naive and trusting, I did not send it back with confirmation that they received it. That was two months ago, and of course I haven't seen a dime back. I might be out that money, which is my own fault.

HOWEVER, one month after I cancelled my account, I noticed an $79.79 charge from this company that was made to my bank account. Mind you, I had received a confirmation email from them stating that it was indeed canceled 30 days prior. I called immediately, and the rep said that he could see the "system" had made an error, and that a refund had been issued that morning.

It is now 35 days later, and the "refund" has not even been received by my bank yet. While I am opening up a dispute with my bank and a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about this company, the only way to ensure that Seattle Coffee Direct doesn't steal money directly from my account any time they choose is to completely close my checking account.

The coffee may be good, but it's not worth the headache!

My husband signed up for this on a website offering promotiona deals it was a 5 for $25 deal. After we received the initial promotional offer 2 days later we received 2 bags of coffee with no reciept. When he called he found they had charged our bank account $38.00. They then told he they would not refund our money but they would send a grinder and another bag of coffee for our trouble and we were taken off the mailing list. Four days later 2 more bags of coffee arrived in the mail with yet another $38.00 charge. He called again to complain and was told the second shipment had been sent out before he had made the earlier call to complain. We ended up having to file a complaint with the bank regarding these charges. When he spoke to the company and told them we were going to do this their response was "go ahead."

I cancelled this order immediately upon finding out the REAL cost of a single shipment. Three months later I am still refusing packages, and getting billed 79.00 a shot. They have been called & called. The haven't refunded a dime, and they send out two to three shipments PER WEEK ! My card is now OVER the limit, causing late fees, as well as over the limit fees. In addition to the hundreds of dollars they owe me. I have not accepted a single package since the original. They Just Won't Quit! OR PAY ME BACK.

I signed up to receive a promotion from Gevalia coffee about a week ago. I received the coffee and was billed the $3.00 for it. I cancelled subscription. I just received an overdraft from my bank with a $79.00 charge from Seattle Coffee Direct, which I had never heard of. I never received any coffee from them. The only way they could have gotten my card info was from Gevalia, I didnt sign up to receive anything from Seattle Coffee Direct. No coffee is worth $79.00 to me and I wouldn't have gotten it.

Oredered a package of coffee from them, with in 2 days I had 2 orders I had not placed since they said you had 15 days to cancel membership. I called the company to see what needed to be done. They said refuse the package and they will send it back to them. Well it was shipped UPS and they dropped it off at the post office. I personally took the packages to the postoffice and dropped them off on June 22, 2009. I waited for almost a month and called them back, they said it takes 6 to 8 weeks for them to receive the packages and that they had not recevied them yet. So I waited 2 more weeks and called back, they said they did not have them. I asked them to do a trace on the packages and they wanted me to do it, I told them that the shipper has to run a trace, but they did not want to do their job. So I called UPS and they could not give any info except they showed it being picked up. on August 20, I called again and gave the lady my information and she said she was going to get my refund started. I called on October 2, and said my refund was put in and I should get it in 10 days. I called today October 26, and they said they had a complete computer crash and lost all refunds (shocker) I am now told that it will take 14 business days for my card to be refunded. I will be calling back on that day I am sure of.
I am very dissappointed with this company and do not know how they can stay in business. This company is a PHARSE! I will be sending this to the BBB and hopefully they can do something.

Terrible company to do business with. Continues to send orders and bills my credit card with double charges even after i finally recieve an cancellation number last Sept. It took me 3 months of trying to reach cust. service to cancel. After only agreeing to try a sample, it has cost me over $600.00 dollars in charges I have not authorized and I just received another $79.00 charge 3 days ago on my credit card. I have been trying for 3 days now to reach someone in Cust.Service and have left a call back request 2 or 3 times each day and still cannot reach anyone. I will never do business these people again. They have also billed me from a company called Java Direct with duplicate bills for the same orders as seattle Coffee Direct. When am I going to get these folks to quit billing me for orders i don't want

Like many before me, I have been victimized by this company.
I am filing a complaint with the U S Postal Inspection Service.
Since these people are sending me mdse that I did not order, and then making unauthorized charges to my credit card, I am certain that the Postal Inspectors can help us.
I don't know how else to stop these people. I thought I had resolved the problem back in September, but here we are in December and suddenly I have $160 of unauthorized charges again!
These people must be stopped!

It is very sad that you can not even get a cents off coupon, these days, without having to fill out a survey or go through page after page of offers that you really don't want anyway. I responded to an offer from the Seattle Coffee Company (which isn't even in Seattle) for 2 bags of coffee and the coffee grinder for $9.00. I was supposed to have 7 days to try the coffee to find out if I liked it. As it turns out, they figure the 7 days from the day you order, not the day you get it. I had 2 days to try it because of the delivery. Today I go in to my charges and I was charged $25.00 for the first delivery and I was just charged for another delivery of $38.50 which I didn't order. That is 2 orders in less than 2 weeks. I called and was told that there was a $14.95 shipping charge listed on the final order page. They can't add either, $14.95 plus $9.00 certainly is not $25.00. I said there clearly was no such charge since I copied the final page and had it delivered to my email address. I also told them that they didn't even send me a confirmation email and there was no confirmation number on that last page that I copied. It has to be illegal to sell in such a manner. If not than it should be illegal.

I was told by the company that I could send the new shipment back for a refund but the shipping charges were not refundable.

Called a third time, spoke to Lanette, and Miss Simmons (12/14/09) Was told the same thing. Called today (2/12/09) got "network error repeatedly". Went to company web site and registered for refund. Back in June, I signed up for their "trial package". Imagine my surprise to find, before I even got the trial package, that I'd been charged for a regular shipment of coffee. I called and canceled before ever having received the trial package. When the UPS man got here, I refused the trial. And then, within the next few days, I refused the regular shipment. I was promised a credit upon their receiving the returns.

It never happened. I called them on two separate occasions to find if my packages had been returned and both had. Still no refund. In October, I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. They credited my account for the trial and the regular shipment. I thought that would be the end of it.

Nope. Last Friday, I find two charges on my credit card ( I check it online) for $79.00 each, from different companies. I called to dispute the charges. The customer service rep at my credit card company called Seattle Cofffee and go the same message I'd gotten. She left a message and told them to call me and refund my money. And to call the cc company back if I didn't hear from Seattle Direct. I didn't, but when I opened my front door this morning, the UPS man had left a package without knocking or ringing last night. This was from Cafe Saporito, a company I'd never heard of and know I have no relationship with. I looked them up online and sure enough, it was Coffee Direct. I called the cc company and told them about this, the woman I spoke with she had this happen with another customer recently. Same company. I wrote "refused" all over the box and my husband took it to UPS.

They said they couldn't ship it back, because it was a post office box. He was told that this was a real smart company to do business that way. I ended up calling UPS and told them the problem. Well, guess what? If you call UPS with the tracking number, they can make up a label and come pick up the item and return it.

Which is what I'm doing. The package should be on it's way back to Seattle Direct hell by tomorrow night.

I did call them and I left a message. That they'd best quit sending me coffee. Right now, I'm going to look up the Attorney General of Illinois and see if there's any way to file a complaint through them.

I took survey and made an committment for one order in exchange for points on facebook. they have charged my credit card for three additional shipments of which I knew nothing about until I checked my credit card on line today. I did receive one additional shipment which I thought was part on the original order which had already come off my credit card. I am still trying to reach them at the customer service number. I am on my second day of trying every hour or so . I am reporting them to Maryland's Better Business Bureau and the Md State's Attorney's Office.

This company practices deceitful advertising obviously to gain use of other people's money. They are aware that consumers are going to find out what is going on and will request a refund plus cancel the account but they just don't care. They drag their feet in making refunds, they are very good at promising to make good on returns but they always come up with an excuse. This last one was, "I see where the credit was tried to be made but the system rejected it and so we will just have to do it manually, this will take 5 to 7 business days". Now this was already after having waited for 22 business days.

I believe the FTC needs to hear about this company and maybe the State Attorney General of Illinois as well.

Within three weeks of joining this "monthly" coffee club, we received an additional two shipments of 24oz of coffee. This advertises they are a monthly coffee club, but the shipped weekly. They claim that the statement in their terms that "Monthly shipments are an estimate. They may be more or less frequent." allows them to ship as often as they like.

They also state that they will bill you monthly. They charged the debit card we used to join each time they shipped. No monthly bill! Before we could get our account in order we had $240 of NSF charges! They did reimburse us for the merchandise, but refused compensate us for the NSF charges we received as a result of their unauthorized charges to our account.

They do not conduct business according to what most people expect! They do not have a good record with the BBB, look under Peel, Inc. the parent company, same address and phone. Note they also do business under Vermont Roasting Company.

Last August 2009, Seattle Coffee Direct got my information through a survey site (third party!) and charged me a hundred dollars towards coffee! When I called to straighten things out, the day after, they said " when you receive your coffee return to sender for a FULL REFUND". So I did just that. And waited a while and saw no money returned to my bank account. so i called a few weeks later and they said "It will take up to 2 months for the money to show up in your account." As mad as I was, I remained calm, said "alright" and waited out the 2 months. By November I had seen NO MONEY! And I am a student living alone working full time to pay my bills, so this hundred dollars is a BIG deal to me. I called again and they said "Okay, we'll return your money..but it will take up to 2 months." At that moment I lost it. WHATTTTT?! That should have already happened! we already had this conversation! I was going crazy. But I was still being polite. She says "yeah, but they didnt sctually do it, im going to send it through now." So of course I say, well how do i know the same thing isnt going to happen in 2 months. She says " cause im sitting here doing it right now." And I'm like, well how do I know that? are you going to send me an email document of the process? And she just said "Im sending it! have a good day!" and HUNG UP!

Now its almost Febuary. Its been more then 2 months. NO money. I've been calling 10 times a day, every hour they are open. No answer. I leave a message every time. No return call.

I HATE this company.

To whom it may concern:
I ordered a sample of coffee with free mug back in Sept. 2009. Then before my waiting period was up i called and cancelled any future shipments. when I had received my bank statement they had withdrawn $39.7 0 from my account. then I called again and they told me I would get my refund by Nov 26th, 2009. I got a call from the bank and those same people had withdrawn another $79-00 from my account. this is all on top of the original 2.95 or 4.95 they took to start with. Now my account has been charged a total of $146.70 That includes one over draft charge this company has cost me. So I filed a return paperwork with the bank. Which is now going to cost me $12-50 for them to try and recover my funds. I would like to know why they take money in five minutes and when it gets returned. It takes 4-6 weeks according to Amanda. I still have not received my first refund I was due. Now I have to wait even longer on them both. what is the problem? Please help me get my refund in a timely fashion. The same way you all received my money. I got one package from Seattle Coffee Direct on on 12/15/09 I promply placed back into the mailbox and returned it . I am not satisfied with anything this place has to offer except my money back. Thank you for your attention to this matter. 12/19/09 Curtissa Shedd

Another person scammed by this company. Using a front name of Cafe Saporito as well. They sent unsolicited 12 Oz. coffee beans and travel coffee mug. I thought it was suspicious and looked up the company on line to see these complaints. I went and checked my credit card account and sure enough they had charged my credit card $79. Called toll free number listed on package several times and only get answering machine. I had purchased coffee one time in Nov 2008 from seattlecoffeedirect. I guess they keep your credit card information and charge your card whenever they like. I would highly recommend if you have every purchased anything from this company to cancel that credit card before they defraud you. I contacted Discover to dispute the charge and they said I would have to ship the item back with delivery confirmation to the PO box that it was mailed from in order to dispute the charges. That cost 23.00 to ship back an item that wasn't ordered in the first place just so I can have the 79.00 charge removed. Got to love how the credit card companies protect the scammers.

Of course, 9.00 for 2 bags of coffee, a grinder & a coffee cup, that's a great deal! Or so I thought! I wish I had read all of the complaints against this company before I ordered. I ordered this "great deal" on 1/13/08. When I checked my credit card account, I was billed for 34.00. Yes, I did not see the fine print for the "one time 25.00 handling fee!" Then, another charge for 48.95 on 1/20/08. What is this? I contacted the company and spoke to a "Kim", which in other complaints I see her name mentioned, and she was so rude... She also stated, are you ready for this, that another shipment was sent out 1/29/08 on the day of my call with another 48.95! I have not received at that time any other shipments. So, I have disputes with my credit card company and I have sent the one shipment back, merchandise return receipt. She stated she would cancel my account but would not give me any confirmation. When I spoke to her abount unfair practices and the knowledge I obtained about this company she stated "I'll add in your file we are unfair!" Can you believe that? Anyway, if any of you are still have problems with this company, I contacted the Better Business Bureau in Chicago & Northern Illinois and filed a dispute against this company as well. Their web site is http://www.chicago.bbb.org. Maybe if we all filed complaints against this company something will finally be done. Let's all join together to either get this company closed or to straighten out their practices...

The promotion was to do a survey and choose one of the products offered at a reduced price. I chose the coffee and grinder for 9.00 but it came with no receipt and not a word of more coffee and what it would cost then i got more coffee i did not order then i got my credit Card bill 34.90 and then 36.95 both charged in less than two weeks apart. Man i don't drink coffee like that and not for those prices so I'm sending that back to them asap.

I agree. I too was scammed. I cancelled my account as soon as I received the initial trial offer but clearly the person on the phone didn't cancel my account. So I was charged $38.90 without my authorization. I sent the package back unopened through UPS and it is 3 months later and I still haven't been refunded. Now when you call the [protected] number you just get directed to leave a message. yeah, they're really going to call back! I left 3 messages and still haven't received a call back. I am trying to file a complaint through my bank. Total scam!

this company is a scam! my dad tried the "introductory special" probably a year ago, and attempted to cancel in Jan '09. The shipments actually did stop for awhile, but started back up with a vengence probably around October...tried writing "return to sender - cancel" on the bags, but since they shipped using UPS the post office wouldn't take them, and to return using UPS costs about $20. Tried calling the number on the package, either never got an answer or just a voicemail (and leaving a message does nothing, they never call back) My dad finally had to go through his credit card company to dispute the charges, and finally just got a new card with a new account number issued to try and stop this. These idiots need put out of business! Complain to the BBB!

I ordered a promotional set of two travel mugs and a trial two 12 oz packages of coffee beans with the understanding that future shipments could be cancelled at anytime. On July 7, three days after I ordered the promo on July 4, the Company already dinged my credit for 38.95 for the first "future" shipment. The promo hadn't even arrived. On July 11, I was dinged again for another 38.95 for the second "future" shipment, and the promo had not arrived.

On July 13, I received the promo. It was great coffee; however, I realized that 12 oz. for my husband and myself was too much especially if I would be receiving it every month or so. I called the company and asked them if they could deliver every 90 days. I was told they do not extend it that long, and was given the opportunity to just order it whenever I wanted, and they would send me a confirmation email that I cancelled the membership.

It was only after I reviewed my transaction history did I see that the Company had already billed me $90 (before I even received my first bag of coffee!). Also, I did not see an email confirmation that I cancelled the membership. Wish me luck that I can get out of this mess.

After making what was presented to me as a 9$ purchase from this company I was devastated to find out that they had actually charged me in excess of 30$! I fortunately checked my account the very next day and my bank will be disputing these charges. In searching for their website, the only thing I could find was a series of similar complaints. I urge anyone that has been taken in this way to step forward and lets put this company out of the internet business!
