SearsHomeServices review: Worst service company ever!!

I sat at home for hours waiting for Sears Home Services to show up. They didn't show up and then had their AI bot try to reschedule with absolutely no apology! I tried to find a human being to speak with. They don't seem to believe in helping customers - so it was not possible to speak with anyone by phone or online. I would avoid this company if possible! Service should not be in their name! I only gave it one start because 0 was not an option.
