I paid for the following services as advertised by SEAGM on 21 May 2022:

Tri Kuota++ AlwaysON IDR100000, 30 Days

SGD$ 9.30

6GB Quota All Network, Extra 32GB 4G Network, 30 Days

Immediately, I received a different package and it was not at all close to the terms as stated above. I took to their live chat and even after 3 different agents attending to me from 10pm to 2am, nobody had any conclusive answer for me. While they stated that they would approach the telecoms operator and provide me an update as soon as possible, it's now 25 May 2022 and I have not received any notice to confirm that my case is being investigated, nor has there been any rectifications made.

FYI, the package given to me was a RITA AON 6 + 6GB, Amazon Prime Video's 30-day Free Access Package from 21 May 2022 for 30 days.

Let's see what happens next.

Desired outcome: Honour the terms as stated, simple!Mobile recharge for 6GB Quota all networks, extra 32GB on 4G network, all valid for 30 days.
