All I can see is a web site called scam busters where ionet posted the details about you that are freely available online. So where did solo and or canajanz post your details? I suppose in your conspiracy world they are all one person. Probably V8Bikers alternative ids!
Nope all I can see is a business deal that has gone bad. The reason does not matter to me. What matters is I can clearly see you have taken business information that was exchanged as part of that deal as PRIVATE not public information and posted it on your website. It is a shoddy practice by a poor business man. Plenty have tried to tell you this and all you have done is whine it was not your fault and escalate the situation.
Parts of that may be conjecture but it also remains evident that you attempted to get an unconnected person in trouble with their employer. Again you whine that someone gave you the information and laughably claim It was a V8Biker persona! Whatever, you still took the information and used it maliciously even after you were told it was incorrect.
Now which ever way you look at it, that last trick was a low blow. But I am happy to let the people who see this judge your actions. Now I may be sailing close to the Nietzsche path but I can live with that.

I didn't tag brucie in any video or photo, and brucie certainly didn't delete that one, he clicked 'like' an action someone takes when they are trying to watch the viral videos you get on facebook. So he probably didn't realise that facebook would display the 'like' but it certainly demonstrates his intent to watch it! As to it being me that tagged him, I've just tried and I can't tag someone I don't know unless they are connected to me via a friend. That certainly isn't a case with brucie! It appears you lack familiarity with facebook, I always like it when someone catches themselves out in their lies!
As for MB2 - I think people can read it for themselves and make up their own minds. I think that's why V8biker and all the admins are so happy to have it openly displayed and you're so busy trying to get them to take it down.

As for my profile saying I am in Sweden, that field was populated by the web page, so I can only assume that it picked up that I was posting from Sweden when I registered. As I said though my permanent residence is in Auckland.

As far as I can see mapmaniac you received information from a business enquiry that you have then made public. You also received information from a person you do not know about another person unconnected aka Jethro Tull that you then used to email their boss and try to land them in hot water with their employer. From what I have read on the scam buster page all that was commented on was the possibility that you were drop shipping and that trademe do not usually allow that. I totally disagree, Scam busters New Zealand are the Scam. They wrongfully targeted me and my business and when they realised that they were in the wrong they would not do the right thing and that would be apologise. Instead their ranting increased even though the site owner and one of their members agreed that I was not a scam. They did not like being wrong and took on the role as internet bullies. I was so annoyed at them, I started a website to counteract their misinformation that they continued on with after they kicked me off their website so I could not defend myself any more.

Me too. Mistakenly wrongly posted me and my company on sb nz for an ad i did not place or know the person who did. They got it badly wrong. Trademe whom scambusters claim to protect say scambusters nz spread misinformation, spam and hinder police investigations. In my experience a bunch of inept amateurs driven by conspiracy type thinking, whose mantra seems to be "I've made up my mind, please don't confuse me with the truth". Bit of honest research before posting would limit misinformation or if site owner Alf West monitored his zealots posts more professionally. I have been speaking with lawyers over the last few months regarding taking action against defamatory statements published on scambusters.co.nz by forum users and the webmaster himself. I have requested the false statements to be removed from the site with no success. While drafting a final written letter of demand with advice from my lawyer I came across this website forum.
Can I please have more information as to what is happening with the website, as I am currently unable to access it.
The information will help me to better make an informed decision as to whether I should go ahead with court proceedings.
It is not going to be a costly battle for me as my lawyer has agreed to a "no win no fee basis" based on all of the information they have received.
All statements made on the website by forum users and the webmaster can be proven to be false and certainly can be proven to be published publically, and to have caused harm and damage to myself, my reputation and my business, profit losses are easily proven and I have statements from people which show that my standing in society have been lowered and I have been rejected from jobs, rental properties and had my lease illegally terminated as a result of this website forum. All of these people had the circumstances explained to them and they have agreed to and have completed affidavits for me to use in court.
I cant make an informed decision to go ahead with court proceedings unless I know if the website has been permanently removed.
I have just found out that Alf west is moving his domain hosting from neutron.co.nz to http://www.nucleus.co.nz . I will be letting http://www.nucleus.co.nz know of my intention to sue not only Alf West for posting his defamatory comments but also any website that hosts the material such as themselves.
Never mind the above post regarding web hosting :)
One last thing: My lawyer suggested I still send the letter of demand so that if he restores the website in the future I have a case against him.

Alf West has changed his website host (now 'boxsecured.com' in the US) and has now clearly demonstated to the world his arrogance, cunning and vindictiveness by reinstating the defaming posts he was forced to take down in New Zealand

I have had no choice but to pursue through the legal channels.
According to my lawyer it helps that he has gone to an international site to host his website. He is going to have to defend his charges in Australia instead of me having to go to new Zealand for court. :)
ASpence: refer your lawyer to www.brulie.com and read a summary of NZ defamation law. It may help. Its the same advice as Scambusters NZ website host lawyers advised that led to them taking down the SB site.
The key point within social media defamation is the perception of a site veiwer who sees your name associated with the scambusters site and automatically without reading (most dont) believes you have been busted for a scam;
If the site viewer believes after seeing your name within the Scambusters 'BUSTED FOR A SCAM' environment that you have been busted for a scam, then social media defamation is clear cut...good luck and if you need any help cantact me via law@brulie.com

Will Travers is a Scambusters NZ member and also belongs to NZ worst trolling and stalking site MB2. He is known to stalk family members of targets and is as low as one can go. Two people from TradeMe have had all their details posted on his website for a long time now, for disagreeing with him on a Messageboard .
