Dear Sir/Madam, we have bought the water heater from Mahajan Electronics, 89 Ring Road, Raja Garden, New Delhi 110015 invoice no. TME-4479 Dt. 04/11/2023 qty. 3 nos. for Rs. 18,048.30.
We were told that all complaints will be resolved within 24 hrs. and warranty stands for 24 months. As our geyser started leaking from body and service engineer visited more than 3 times and finally made a note that geyser should be replaced on 13/09/2025. Despite my numerous of phone calls and personally visited at Noida service center matter is still pending. Please look into this matter and get it replaced, as the warranty stands for till 03/11/2025.
