Savvi review: Leggings

I ordered leggings from Savvi. Once I received them I found the sizing was off and they didn't fit. I went online to exchange for a larger size and put in a different product for exchange since the leggings didn't offer a larger size available for that product.

Savvi provided a return RMA form that I attached to the return package. Savvi also charged me $8.50 for shipping return.

After I returned the product, they replied by email the product was not returnable and they would not refund me $8.50 shipping or exchange the product. They stated reason was cyber Monday deals are not returnable.

Issue I have is they didn't make that clear and they provided an RMA with a return form with a charge to return.

This is fraudulent to allow the return, charge me and then come back to reply stating I lose the money, lose the product and get charged for shipment of product back.
