I was roped into a monthly charge. I tried some free samples and low and behold, it roped me into monthly charges.
On February 24th 2022, Satinwood Wellness charged my credit card $99.82 and again On March 26th
On February 24th 2022, Gusto Sport Llc charged me $99.84 and again On March 26th.
I believe these two are one company.
Upon a lengthy telephone conversation, they will not refund the february charges because it's over 30 days.
After mentioning I'd turn them in to the BBB many times, I did get the refund for March. Ironically it went from 50% of my purchase to 70% of my purchase. I kept mentioning BBB and they finally gave me the 100% for March only. They refuse to give me february charges. So I'm paying almost $200.00 dollars for a shipment I haven't even received. Not to mention, allergic to.
I always check the fine print, so I'm not sure how they scammed me.
I hadn't noticed my credit card being high in february, but when March statement was checked, it put me over my limit. This is Infuriating! Any help you can supply would be greatly appreciated.

I was ripped off by same company it is gusto I ordered clarify skin cream free sample and had to pay 6 dollars shipping for 2 item each after I was charged 99.82 and 99.84 each month but didn't notice til 1 month later got nothing and no explanation they said they were charging me for not returning the 2 teaspoons sent of face stuff I said how much does it cost for the 2 teaspoons you sent, they are so sneaky charge under 100 dollars multiple times even though you didn't order anything I want this scam shut down. not going to stop
