I purchased a used vehicle on 12/30/2021 from Sarasota Florida BMW. On or around 2/7/22 I noticed the car was losing power. I contacted the dealer and they said there was nothing they could do. I took the car to have a diagnostic completed. I had the car towed to the repair shop since I could not drive the car. The repair shop indicated that it was a sensor (Mass Air Flow Sensor). The repair cost me $536 and $477 to rent a car. In addition, I had to pay approximately $90 for Uber rides to pick up/drop off for rental car. I can provide receipts for all costs if needed. I contacted the dealer prior to having the car repaired. I left several messages for the sale man Timothy Chestnut who never returned my call. I left messages for the sale manager. They never called me back. It took me 2 weeks to finally get a hold of the sales manager. He had a very dismissive attitude and told me don't tow or bring the car to them to go have it looked at somewhere else. He said there is nothing they could do for me. I sked about what type of inspection they perform on the cars they sell and he would not answer my question. The customer service they showed me was poor and dismissive as if it was not there problem. They were not willing to help me at all. I took the car to have the diagnostic. The repair shop who fixed the car said they should have noticed the car had a bad sensor if they performed an all points check. to me they knew something was wrong with the car or should have at least performed a check of the car. I expected better service and at least they could have worked with me on at least discounted repair to something but more than anything the service I received was very poor and dismissive.

Desired outcome: I would like for them to pay for all or a portion of the costs I am out of pocket.
