The release of my car Etios registration CA 832 866.

I am the owner of the car whose details are mentioned above. It is in Pikertberg police station since August 2020. They have released the driver. They said I must write an email and state reasons why I want my car to be released. I have done that but no response to several emails I sent them.
The detective who is dealing with the case is the one who said I must write an email he gave me the above email.
