Santa Barbra Tax Products review: Tax products

I used turbo tax to file my 2020 taxes. The irs sent my refund of $4000.00 to Sbtpg a turbo tax affiliate who was supposed to get 200.00 in fees out and send me the rest. I have been waiting but sbtpg won't send me my refund. They have a different excuse everytime I have been able to talk to someone. I've tried to get the IRS, BBB, FBI, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY and the NEWS CHANNELS but nobody can help me. It has to be illegal to just keep my refund but I can't afford a lawyer I don't know what else to do.
