I made a claim partial surrender on my Sanlam sky policy, and was told it would be sorted by Thursday. The email was sent on Wednesday, 14 September 2022. I was told that the process would take 5 working days.
I called them just now and they now tell me that it would be sorted on the 27 September 2022. I have an urgent, serious matter to attend to, and need money.
My policy number is SP [protected].
Country of complaint: South Africa
Desired outcome: I'd like to have the matter addressed today. I made it clear to the consultant who was assisting me last week, that I have a funeral and desperately need the money.
