SanDisk Corporation On July 10th,2020,I sent a **** sd card to be replaced after I was mailed a per-printed label

On July 10th,2020,I sent a *** sd card to be replaced after I was mailed a per-printed label.As of this date,I still have NOT received my replacement I have chatted online twice with reps who tell me my package is delayed due to COVID. I have since ordered many items online and received them in a timely manner.The COVID story is not valid.They are delaying my replacement part for unknown reasons.I want my part sent UPS or I want a refund immediately.

SanDisk Corporation Received "invalid parent path in archive" on USB

Received "invalid parent path in archive" on USB. Tech support couldn't restore the usb. Data lost forever, need refund of USB and storage upgrade. I purchased the SanDisk Cruzer Glide back in May . On July 22, my usb drive generated the error message "invalid parent path in archive". I have contacted tech support chat 3 times, and unfortunately, no one was successful in restoring the data lost on my usb card. I would like to be refunded the *** dollars spent on the usb, and the *** fee I paid for enrollment in SanDisk SecureAccess Unlimited (Pro).

SanDisk Corporation Warranty replacement Ibi Photo Storage device was never sent from SanDisk In January we purchased an Ibi 1 TB Photo storage device from

Warranty replacement Ibi Photo Storage device was never sent from SanDisk In January we purchased an Ibi 1 TB Photo storage device from BestBuy. In early April this year, the product malfunctioned and I was unable to access my photos that were downloaded to the device. On 4/17, we contacted Ibi SanDisk customer service by phone, and spoke with a very helpful service representative. He walked us through the various troubleshooting techniques to no avail. It was then suggested that we send the device logs and mobile app logs to Ibi Sandisk, so that they could troubleshoot the problem (Incident #***) on their end to possibly fix the device, or at least see what may have happened. On 4/28, I sent the Mobile App logs along with the other information requested. I was unable to send the Device Debug logs because we could not log into our AT&T Router to obtain them. On 5/1, I received a response email from the original service representative ***, stating that my device needs to be replaced as it "appears that your Ibi is not functional", and to provide my shipping address for the replacement. I provided the shipping information the same day. In the same email I was informed that the 1TB product is "currently impacted", and I would receive an upgrade to a 3TB product along with tracking information. It took 8 days to receive the shipping label so that I could return my non-functioning product. My malfunctioning product was packed up and returned via UPS. Time passed, and I finally followed up on May 31st with an inquiry as to the status of my replacement. I wanted to make sure they received back my Ibi device. UPS showed that they received my device on 5/21. In response, a RMA coordinator verified my warranty return and estimated my ship date to be 6/2, and that I would be notified when the package ships. On 6/2 I received an email with a UPS tracking number, which actually links to the USPS, not UPS. When I inquired about this mistake, I received a response stating that they received my returned product, and it is currently now being processed and verified. At this point, I became confused, and quite skeptical of their intentions. How did it go from shipped to being processed. They have sent emails stating they have escalated my Incident to the RMA department, but that has really gone nowhere. After several emails back and forth inquiring about the current status, we are now at 7/6, and I have no working device. I'm out the money to Best Buy, and I have lost the over 2000 pictures that I backed up to the device and deleted from my phone. I am very understanding to what we are all going through right now in the world. We are truly in unprecedented times, however, I'm sure that there must be a new device somewhere in the world that they could have sent in a timely manner as a replacement. We have been very patient, and it appears as though they are not following through on their end of the deal. .

Problem date June XX XXXX Purchase date October XX XXXX Model : Clip *** Player Black Payment method : Visa Card I purchased the Clip Jam Mp3 Player on October 23 .via Amazon ORDER # XXX-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX It has a 2 year warrantee. Shortly after I bought it I saw that it intermittently had navigation issues such changing modes when I had not pressed a button or not responding when *** did press a button.. I complained to Amazon and Got clearance to return it but then it began to function normally enough that i decided to give it a chance so i did not return it . However around late June the problem recurred and I messaged Sandisk Support who after a series of emails .confirmed that the Player's hardware was defective and on 7/25 they sent me this Response By Email (*** (07/25 03:51 AM) Dear ***, I appreciate your continued response and your efforts in helping us serve you better. As per the proof of purchase you submitted, the MP3 player is under warranty If you wish to proceed with the possible replacement, please reply to this email and provide us following information: - Clear zoomed in front and back images of the player. - Can we consider 'XXXXXXXXXX' as your phone number? (For shipping and technical support) - Can we use *** XXXXX *** as your Shipping address? - Do you consent to sharing your address with our shipping provider? I could have had a friend take the photo if they'd have insisted on a photo but they simply dropped the correspondence rather than insisting so i have turned teh matter over to ComplaintsBoard.com I am a good customer and have purchased 10 sandisk Mp3 Players over the last 8 years and in the past they always honored their warrantee and sent a replacement or gave a reason why they could not .This is the first time they refused to reply in mid correspondance .Please investigate .

SanDisk and Western Digital are Extremely ABUSIVE with very poor Communication! About 2 weeks ago, I contacted the SanDisk customer service regarding the overheating issue of the device, manufactured by SanDisk. I spoke to a supervisor, ***, who told me to send a copy of the invoice and pictures of front and back of the flash drive, without being more specific and he promised to expedite the shipping of the replacement, so I would receive it by the following Monday (6/15). I sent the requested documentations by e-mail and I received an email, asking me to take more pictures showing the front and back of the flash drive, without providing any specific details. I send two other pictures then contacted the SanDisk customer service to follow up. The rep. could not provide any updates, so I requested a call back from a supervisor but the 2 hour time frame for the call back was NOT met! The next day, I contacted the customer service again, the rep. responded that the pictures were not clear enough, I requested to speak to a supervisor but as always, no one was available! Then I called the corporate office of the Sandisk (Apparently owned by the Western digital), spoke to other people and finally, spoke to someone called ***, I complained about the extremely poor customer service and told him that when you ask for pictures of the flash deive, you will have to tell me exactly how the pictures to be. If you wanted me to make the flash drive DAMAGED, before taking the pictures. you would have to communicate properly at the beginning and not after sending you several pictures! And as the first step, I would address this issue to the ComplaintsBoard.com. He responded and asked me what I expected him to do in order to prevent me from contacting the ComplaintsBoard.com and I responded that I can wait until Monday (6/15), which was the initial delivery date of the replacement, to receive it, if it is expedited, as promised by ***. *** assured me that I would receive it no later than Tuesday (6/16) and I agreed to wait. Then a UPS tracking number was provided and it was mentioned that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated. I waited for several days, but the tracking information still did not generate any results on the UPS website! When I contacted them, they responded that the tracking number is for USPS! It was clear that the promised Expedited shipping had been downgraded to Economy shipping, that required USPS, as a shipping partner! For several days, the USPS tracking indicated ' The USPS is awaiting for this item! I spoke to *** again yesterday, he was blaming the shipping carrier for the delay! and told me that according to the UPS, it would be delivered by 9 pm on Friday (yesterday) but, still, it has not been received! He called the downgrade of shipping a 'Human Error'! but he was not willing to pay for the damages caused by this fault! At the end, when I insisted to get a response, about what if the order is not received by Friday (6/19), he said that he would open a case and send another replacement by the expedited shipping. It is really sad that they ABUSE the customers by not keeping their words and lack of proper communication but when a customer tries to fight for their rights, the customer would be called abusive by the customer service! Instead of trying to have the issue resolved, they keep asking the customers to wait longer and longer! Still have NOT received it! This is DISGUSTING!

I've used this disk for years, same password forever, now it says invalid "invalid parent path in archive."

I know the password is correct. It has worked efficiently and correctly for over 7 years with no problem, and now I can't access anything.
