San-Toi Cattery Lifetime Achievement Award review: complaint by kitty lava

2009 San-Toi Cattery received the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Cat Fanciers Siamese Breed Council. We have produced 13 National Winners and currently have more Grand Champions than any other cattery in CFA. Such accomplishments cannot be achieved with "sick cats" as stated in the complaint by Kitty Lava. The complaint filed by Kitty Lava is totally and completely false. The kitten she returned, and received a full refund, is still alive in a happy loving home. There was nothing wrong with the kitten to begin with other than Kitty Lava ran her air conditioner full time creating a very cold environment, much too cold for a young kitten. She acquired kittens from two other breeders and experienced the same problems. Thankfully, she stopped trying to show as she had no idea how to properly care for her cats.
If the cattery conditions were as claimed by Kitty Lava, we would have been shut down by Animal Control years ago. The complaint by Kitty Lava is slander and not true.
