San Joaquin County (Child Protective Services) – stole my children, slander my name, violated my rights 4th and 14th amendment ( 2 comments)

Hi i am a 36 year old mother with chronic hypertension blood pressure . Ive been on( labetol) now for 5 years . Tried to change my medication to a generic or any substitute but have been unsuccessful. I take this med 3 times a day at the highest dosage. For the last 3 years in row i have had cps come snatch my baby due to a false (+) amphetimine test from the hospital. Accuse me of being a meth addict and using while i was pregnant. One year after the next same investigater :mr. Lazoro gonzalez out of stockton cps. He did a walk thru of my home approved it to be fit and said i had the essentails for the baby and his recondmondation would be return children home .Well he did just opposite . Wrote in the court report house was freshly cleaned as he put it said i had no supplys for newborn and he recomended immediate removal of my 4year old son as well as placing hold on the newborn. When i asked him why he did this in a family meeting hearing he straight up lied and stated i took myself to er left a urine sample positive for math and left with out seeing dr.. On a specified date may 2 2015. I knowing this to not be true asked public defender what to do he advised me just wait . I couldnt do it i went to hospital and got my medical records from the hospital and seen my thoughts exactly true . The only may 2 date was from 5 years prior and i did not test positive for meth . He lied. . So i researched my prescription meds to see if a positive test at time of birth one month prior to this could have been reason ? and with help of drug court counsler we found it .( labetol ) may alter lab test warning . Can or may cause false (+) for amphetimine . So i showed him this and he told me i was using it to cover up my addiction . So i said id stop taking it . Then i was told i was unfit. Fact of neglecting self how can i care for my kids? . No winning here ! so following year same thing same investigater only this time it was just me tested positive and he wrote he did the research himself and found i was telling the truth . But still he placed a hold on my second newborn. Okay still fighting these cases all way to apeallant level i won . Waitin go back court next week . So that was 2015 2016 three children taken . I had a baby in a differant county on 24th of 2017 and guess wut still on same meds dr noted awareness of false + the san joaquin county investigater claim they received a report mother and child test dirty at birth she tells the hospital she notified me and father and they released my daughter to the agent . I threatened to call police when i went to see my daughter for feeding time and was denied access and told no patient by that name was there. It was a friday . Well come to find out after i got my records and babys they were wrong again . I test negative and baby wasnt even tested for that reason . But a prior incident landing me in hospital on 14 th was cleared by dr . My meds. Labetol mgs even got raised.So now im waiting go back court .
