Sames Laredo Chevrolet review: 2023 chevy - lose and unscrewed parts (life risk/danger)

A few weeks back 3 or 4 we took our truck for a maintenance (oil and filter)they said some break lining were bad and it wasn't under warranty etc etc. After talking to several mechanics they told us that the issue should be under warranty, which they did not want to honor , after multiple discussion they agree not to charge for some of that , but had already charge the /$500+ maintenance package... regardless they called today that it was completed and when we went to pick it up it had lose parts and unscrewed part inside the hood. My guy was luck that he open the hood and avoided a possible tragedy. So they kept our truck for 3 or 4 weeks (still there), they over charged us they lie to us and they could have killed someone. By way of this message I am requesting that all charges get waived and that we get a rental truck asap. We would also like to get reimbursed somehow for the days that we did NOT have the truck and had to borrow someone elses.
