Samara Travel review: Full refund

Dear Travel partner,

Appreciate if you could go through AirportExperience #[protected] which are tickets have been issued. For passengers traveling from INDIA/AMMAN.

Unfortunately they denied boarding due to unsupported staff. Please go thru my case number AirportExperience #[protected]. you will get the points I talked about. To allow Indians to cross through Jordan if they holding residing in Saudi Arabia do not need to return tickets to Indian or to visa to Jordan only they need the manifest to inter Jordan. and all papers were in Arabic and English. I was over the phone and I asked to speak with the FZ employee and he refused. Finally I want the full refund for the 6 tickets which your staff didn't accept them (6 ticket from 7 pax) since they accept one having the same documents.

It doesn't make sense, The full amount must be refunded. it's your employees' fault in India. (Ref AW7GDK/F7KLS5/W5GCE6)

New tickets have been issued form another days for the same clients under booking ref:

1-LKO/DXB/AMM 4 TKTS. (B1N7V5)

2-DEL/DXB/AMM 2 TKTS. (O1VAV8).

Appreciate if you could help us refund the un used tickets.
