Sam the Concrete Man

Craftsmanship and care for our property was not up to par during our experience with Sam the Concrete Man. You can peep pictures on Yelp and *** Reviews of our walkway, garden, and stoop before and after their work, as well as the pile of concrete waste we had to remove from our yard and the neighbor's. We decided not to have them come back to fix the problems. We suggest checking out other options for concrete work.

I ain't heard from y'all since November 29th and December 2nd when y'all said y'all ain't forgot about my complaints. But since then, I ain't heard nothing, so I'm guessing y'all did forget or hoped I would forget. Just to remind y'all, my complaints include: - The porch in front of the door slopes about 2 inches, making it hard for people to balance when they step on it. Water also drains towards the house, and it looks like it's about to collapse. - The stamped walkway and porch got sections that ain't stamped and stained, making it look like plain concrete. The expansion joints also look like they were cut all willy-nilly. - The driveway sections are all 16 feet wide instead of the 10 x 10 specified in the contract. Some of them are dished, and the walkway is higher than the driveway, making it a trip hazard. - The driveway slopes to the south, and there's a big "hump" in front of some brick stairs that's a serious trip hazard. - The cleanup was incomplete, and there's debris all over the yard. The siding of the house got creased, and there's concrete spatter all over the place. A downspout was removed and not replaced, and the steps to the sunken patio were replaced improperly, making it another trip hazard. Overall, it's a mess that's dangerous to walk on. I expected something that would make my house look better, but instead, it's an eyesore. The crew even took the advertising sign when they left. I want a response within 10 days, or I'm taking further action.
