I contacted Salvage King through their website and WhatsApp as advertised on the website for purchase of 2 vehicles on Oct 9. Invoice was sent via email with an Amerant Bank account in the name of Salvage King. Payment was made and confirmed (See attached).
I was promised the vehicles will get to the port by Oct 26 by Jennifer who contacted me via whatsapp after I asked on email for shipping status of the vehicles.
3 weeks after all phone calls, whatsapp messages and emails asking for update on the vehicle status are not being answered or returned even as the owner continues to answer other potential customers' Whatsapp messages - when I contacted them using a different number pretending to be interested in purchasing another vehicle.

Desired outcome: Purchased vehicles should be shipped as promised. Or a full refund of payment be made
