I mean, don't get me wrong, Sales Focus Inc (salesfocusinc.com) seems like a decent company at first glance. They have a professional-looking website and their sales pitch sounds pretty convincing. But when it comes down to actually delivering on their promises, they fall short.

I was really hoping that Sales Focus Inc would be able to help me jumpstart my business. I had heard good things about them from a friend who had used their services before, so I was feeling pretty optimistic. Additionally, commission payments could take up to 45 days, and the company did not seem up to date on no soliciting laws.

The base pay was low, and while the compensation plan sounded promising, the lack of structure and support made it not worth it. I only lasted three days before deciding to leave.

The HR representative was unprofessional and seemed more concerned with their own ego than with helping new hires succeed. It's no surprise that the company has a high turnover rate nationwide.

I would not recommend Sales Focus Inc. to anyone, not even recent graduates. Companies considering outsourcing their brand to Sales Focus Inc. should be cautious. As other reviews have stated, it's best to run far away from this company unless you want to be micromanaged, belittled, and tracked without any guidance.
