SafeWork Health review: Covid-19 testing

The company say all the work covid testing is cover by insurance but some insurance say is not cover and the government rules say testing for work screening is not have to be covered so some patient get tests every week and nothing to insurance then after 6 month or more the letters from insurance start to come eob and things. How can provide free test if government orders say not covered, is it scam?
