Safe Homes / Alarms.com review: Lack of communication and service

In July 2017 I contracted for 5 years for home security system with Safe Homes/ Alarms.com. And I am not planning to renew. Their service is poor I have 2 properties next door to each other 2 individuals being billed and it took 3 plus years for them to sort out the billing, In September 2021 the company had to upgrade the towers to 5g and in order for my homes to be monitored properly I had to agree to the upgrade what I did not agree to was to extend the contract by an additional 2 years. I was made aware of this when Memphis Bell emailed me to lock in my price of 56.99 I was sent copies of updated contacts which were fraudulently signed by my Sister and Myself. Upon contacting the company they stated someone came out to see us and captured signatures. this is fraud in order to be released from original contact dated for July 2017 I need to provide a 60 day notice which I have every intention of doing so.

Desired outcome: I am requesting something in writing from Safe Home Security Inc that both myself and my Sister will re released form the contract my preference would be now just based of lack of communication and service
