SA Sportsbook t/a Yesplay review: Payment rejected

On the 8th of May I placed bets on Yesplay app and won up to the sum of R247 000 upon requesting a withdrawal, I was called the following day and I was told to send the relevant documents for my withdrawal to be approved of which I did. Later that evening I then realized that my balance had depleted to R10. I made contact with them the following day and was told that they had a technical error that is why I won so they had canceled my bets. A technical that was brought to their attention 24hrs later after the results had been published?
