RV Insurance review: Insurance adding under age minor to my coverage without my consent

Put a minor child on my full time RV insurance that does not live with me & I don’t live with them. I payed them $651.00 thinking it was for my insurance but it was charge for this minor when he got his driver Lic. So they have decided to refund $298.00 of the $651.00 because I didn’t sign a waver to take him off that they just added invasion of my privacy & not to mention the child & parents. Only thing that brought this to light wasDMV office sent me letter stating I needed to prove I had insurance while checking found off they had wrong Vin. No. On my policy I want full refund.
