after form 5, i conducted this agent rutramedic thru newspaper. Kugan the person in charge told me that the place is
100% confirm and told me that i have to make RM3, 000.00 to collect ofer letter i paid and with in 3 days i got my ofer letter from Moscow Medical Acedemy.
Kugan ask my dad to pay RM8, 000.00 to buy Foundation in scien Certificate from Geomatika coleg. when my father asked this is for what kugan told my dad that nowdays everybody colect fis like this and it is urgent to make that 8k or else my offer leter will be cancelled so my dad make the payment.
i got the certificate from geomatika colege. after my dad mede full payment to medical proggrame kugan told my dad that the departure will be delayed 2 weeks due to hostel problem.
after 1 week i called kugan kugan did not pick up the phone i call the office the staff told me kugan is busy and will call me back. after i try many time from my number kugan did not pick up so i try call from new number kugan pick up and he told me i have to wait for another 2 weeks.
after 2 weeks i called kugan from another number and he told me that the place already full with the university i cannot go russia. when i ask about the paymnet kugan told me that is not refundable because it is stated in the receipt the payment are not refundable
i have brought this case to police station and i would like to advise to all the new students please dont trust this ### company

i have been cheated by them as well. i'm a teacher and they have told my daughter to make a payment by their proxy in moscow. when i paid. they have actually said thats not their guy and i have told before he is the contact point. dr farid and him doing good drama, they are good friends in reality but fight infront others and pretend like enemy...

ok boy im rutra student n i noe them betta..im in 2nd yer now n rutra helped me alott..evenbtey were der for me wen i was havin pob in russia..i dunoo wats ur details n all but its improper to jus accuse rutra cuz almost 300++ STUDENTS r doin well witot any poblems..maybe der could poblem bt tey did sorted it out for us. ma dad is a man whos very engaged wit his stufs n i cn say rutra setled every single ting for me..EVRYTHING! til now ma dad used to say hey anytin? lemme kol ur agent..if dats da case..hw cn v just blame dis agency cheating around n all..im gona step into ma 2nd sem of 2nd year..im doin fine as in ma agent realy takin care of students welfare n all. :) loves n regrds from moscow!
